Jim Cook Biography

                                              

Jim Cook is a painter in acrylic and watercolour, as well as a carver in both wood and soapstone.

He teaches classes in watercolour and wood carving at the Parkside Centre for Older Adults.

In 2003, Cook juried a show at the Art Gallery of Sudbury where he impressed the organizers and participants with his fairness and constructive feedback of the work presented.

During his career, Cook has exhibited regularly as an individual artist, but also as a member of the Sudbury Art Club.
