The Art Gallery of Sudbury will review artist’s portfolios, guest curator projects and traveling exhibitions, please note that the Program schedule is usually set 12 - 16 months in advance.  At the present moment we have an open call regarding submissions and we will be implementing a deadline in the very near future.

Submission may be delivered to the gallery in person or by mail.  Email submissions will not be accepted.

Please provide the following information:

a) contact information - name, mailing address, telephone number, and /or email/ website;

b) artist biography and artist statement on the nature of the individual pieces or the collection of works under consideration or any information that is connected to the submission;

c) submit high quality photographic prints, digital prints 4 x 6 size or digital images on a cd or dvd. (submit a support material list with visuals - name of artist, title of work, medium, and dimensions of original work);

e) submit a support material list   - name of artist, title of work, medium, and dimensions of original work or videotape/ cd- rom/ dvd excerpts for new media works.

 

NOTE: SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
