Each piece will be accompanied by a descriptive text giving the viewer important details about the artist, creative technique and also to provide possible readings of the work. The installation will include an education centre where viewers can choose from a variety of related video documentaries, books and exhibition catalogues to learn more. The Lab 1 will feature the work of Marcel Barbeau, Karl Beveridge, David Blackwood, M.C. Escher, A.Y. Jackson, Harold Klunder, Kazuo Nakamura and Shelley Niro.
